The Bench with the Fudo Myoo Statue
On the way to Otaka's Path from the south exit of Kokubunji Station, you'll find Fudo Bridge.

It's a small bridge over the Nogawa River.

There's a pocket park with two benches, each for two people.
There's also a water fountain.

This is the spot. You'll find the Fudo Myoo statue here.

This is the Nogawa River. It looks like a local river, but it's actually a first-class river that flows all the way to Seijo in Setagaya and Futako-Tamagawa, a fashionable town.

Here's the Fudo Myoo statue. It seems to be the origin of the name, Fudo Bridge.
From here, you can enjoy a pleasant stroll to Otaka's Path and Masugo Pond.
I've also uploaded a video of my visit on YouTube, so you can get a sense of the atmosphere right away.
So, why not use this spot as a place to take a break and sit down around Kokubunji Station?
