To get to Seika Park, go out of exits A0 or A3 of the Toei Subway and cross Kokusai Street, which is on the opposite side of the Sumida River. Then, walk along Seika Street and you'll find it.
Dandelion Chocolate Factory is famous near Seika Park, and there are benches in the park where you can sit and relax.

It's a relatively large park, and you'll see many families with children there.
Regarding congestion, the three-legged benches were full when I checked on weekends and holidays.
There are many trees around the benches, and some areas provide shade, so you can relax and rest in nature.
And, surprisingly, there are many young people in Seika Park.
The reason for this is that Dandelion Chocolate Factory is right in front of Seika Park.
Dandelion Chocolate Factory has long lines on weekends and holidays, and when the store is full, people often enjoy their chocolate drinks on the benches in Seika Park.
Also, unlike ordinary children's parks, Seika Park focuses on biotopes.

It seems like you can learn about nature and biodiversity through hands-on activities.
The waterside environment is designed to support the wildlife.
Around Kuramae, there are various shops and cafes, and exhibitions and stores that are particular about craftsmanship.
It's also a good place to take a break when you're tired from walking around Asakusabashi or Kuramae.
It is also convenient if you want to eat a lunch box in Kuramae.

There are also public restrooms.
Why not use it as a place to rest near Kuramae Station?
