Kyodo Station has only one ticket gate, and as you exit, it splits into the North Exit and South Exit to the left and right.
Right in front of the ticket gate, there are benches where you can take a rest. They're located behind the taxi rotary.

There are two two-seater benches. Since they are right in front of the station, they are convenient and easy to find as a meeting spot in Kyodo.
They are located under an elevated structure, so you don't have to worry about the rain.

These benches are probably where the conversation "What are we eating?" "Jojoen!" is frequently heard. (Jojoen is a popular yakiniku restaurant)
I thought the sign was placed in a good spot.
There is traffic behind the benches, but there's a fence, so you shouldn't have to worry about it too much.
So, why not try using these benches as a relaxing spot around Kyodo Station?
