Located within Kyuka Park, which is on the site of Kuwana Castle.
It's situated near the ruins of the castle tower, around the shrine.
The name "Kyuka" for Kyuka Park comes from an old way of writing, where "九 (kyu)" means "nine" and "華 (ka)" means "flower".
By the way, the park is read as "Kyuka Park" (kyu-ka-kou-en) in Japanese.
