“A bench just for gazing at the transmission tower”
Kitaharahara Park is located along Koshu Kaido road from Manganji, heading towards Ishida Ohashi Bridge.
It's a fairly large park and a popular spot for families. This time, we'll be looking at the Pocket Plaza on the north side of the road, across from Koshu Kaido.
The main feature here is the bench where you can admire the dynamic transmission tower. There's also a water fountain.
