Let's head towards MARK IS from the ticket gates of Minatomirai Station.
We'll aim for the area near Ueshima Coffee and Kumazawa Bookstore on the B4F of MARK IS, which is directly connected to the station.

The upper right of the MARK IS floor map leads to the ticket gates of Minatomirai Station.
And, there's a bench where you can sit and take a break in front of Ueshima Coffee, number 7, at "Ekimae Hiroba"!
Benches that can accommodate about 40 people are set up along the wall.
The benches are made of resin and the seats are firm, but Ekimae Hiroba has plenty of space, so you can rest your feet and relax.
Also, since it's very close to the station ticket gates, it's the perfect meeting spot when heading to MARK IS or Queens Square.
It seems useful for meeting up, taking a break, taking work calls, and organizing your luggage at Minatomirai Station.
Please note that the air conditioning is not working because it is near the station concourse.
Also near the ticket gates, there's " 【Minatomirai Station】Station Concourse (Outside Ticket Gates)", so you might consider it if it's crowded.
