If you're in Minato Mirai and looking for a commercial facility near Cosmo World, World Porters is the place to be!
It opened in 1999, and at first, it seems to have functioned as a commercial facility to promote imports, with a World Food Market that stocked a wide variety of imported foods and a "Hakuraikan" that handled apparel.
However, that atmosphere is gone now, and it has transformed into a Hawaiian Town, selling Hawaiian food and goods.
Now, when you access World Porters from the direction of the Red Brick Warehouse, you'll come across a unique intersection called Circle Walk.
The 2nd floor of the Circle Walk is connected to the 2nd floor of World Porters via a pedestrian deck.

The 2nd floor of World Porters is called Deck Street, and I found some benches where you can sit and take a break!
There are many two-seater benches lined up along the wooden deck!
This is a really nice rest area.

They are sturdy wooden benches, perfect for taking a break while strolling around Minato Mirai or on a date.
The deck has a roof, so you can avoid direct sunlight, and it's fine even if it rains a little.

I couldn't take a very good photo, but you can enjoy the view of the Landmark Tower from the benches.
When you visit World Porters, it's a great idea to relax and take a break on the deck.

Also, near the entrance and exit of World Porters, there was an object consisting of a cart-like structure and a bench set.
I wonder if it's related to Bashamichi. (If anyone knows, please let me know)

There are two-seater benches on the sides of the cart, so you can take a break here as well.
However, the space is a bit narrow with people passing on the deck, so it seems like you'll use it when you just want to sit down for a while.

There are also benches in front of the shops on Deck Street, and trash cans are also provided.
You can probably have a light meal here.
It looks great at night with the lights on~.
Also, we recommend taking a break while looking at the canal at "Anniversaire" near World Porters!

So, why not use these rest areas in Minato Mirai while you're shopping at World Porters?
