From the south exit of Mukogaoka-Yuen Station, you can access Fuchu Kaido, where the Tama Police Station and Tama Fire Station are located.
Unlike the north exit, the south exit is a calm area with a Tokyu Store and apartments.
Now, if you go from the south exit, past Kusuri no Nakayama and the FamilyMart, and head towards Fuchu Kaido from the alley, you'll find "Noborito No. 1 Block Park."

It says it was completed in 2016, so it's a relatively new park, isn't it!?
Since it's called ○○ block, it's probably a park that was developed along with the redevelopment of the Noborito area.
It's a large park for being near Mukogaoka-Yuen Station, and it has a slide and a ball play area.
Although it's a park in a residential area, there's a fair amount of foot traffic as a shortcut from the Tama Police Station to Mukogaoka-Yuen Station.

There are many benches for two people in the park, making it a perfect spot to take a break.
The overpass of Fuchu Kaido on the left is a landmark, and there is the new river of Nikaryo Yosui under the elevated bridge.
Sometimes you can see spot-billed ducks swimming there♪

There is a two-seater bench under the pergola. "It would have been nice to have another one," I thought. A luxurious arrangement.
What you see in the back is the bicycle parking area, which costs 100 yen per day, and there's also a "HELLO CYCLING" rental/return station.
The share cycle costs 60 yen for 15 minutes, and there are stations in front of Mukogaoka-Yuen Station and Noborito Station.

Now, the park has a slide, spring toys, and a sandpit.
There are three benches around the sandpit, so you can rest assured when letting your children play♪
And what are the toys in the plastic box in the front...?
Apparently, you can use them freely!
There's also Pen-ta's favorite fried shrimp toy!

Furthermore, Noborito No. 1 Block Park has a ball play area surrounded by a fence!
Batting is prohibited from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Recently, the number of parks where you can play ball has decreased, so it's precious.
Pen-ta used to play with colorful balls a lot in the past...
Noborito No. 1 Block Park seems to be a good spot to use as a rest stop when taking a walk towards the Gotanda River, or for families to use♪
So, why not use it as a resting place near Mukogaoka-Yuen Station?
