At JR Musashi-Koganei Station, there are two ticket gates: the "Central Ticket Gate," which has a bus terminal, and the "nonowa Ticket Gate," which leads to the station's commercial facility, nonowa.
To get to the Festival Court, exit the nonowa ticket gate, turn right, and then turn left just before the road with Ito-Yokado.
Then, if you go straight through the passage between Ito-Yokado and the shopping mall "Aquwell," you'll see a plaza.
This plaza is called the "Festival Court," and there are places to rest around it where you can sit.

There are 36 one-person stone benches installed.
It's a spacious rest area for a station in the Chuo Line, and I was able to relax and take a break in a relatively quiet environment.
It's close to the station, so it's also convenient as a meeting place at Musashi-Koganei Station!

The plaza is decorated with natural stone, and it has a beautifully maintained modern landscape, such as the 2F deck of the commercial facility and the wooden deck in front of the Miyaji Gakki Hall.
A large metasequoia tree is planted in the center, and I saw children playing in the shade.
The atmosphere is great, so it's a convenient place for families with children who want to take a relaxing break near Musashi-Koganei Station.
As the name "Festival" suggests, various events are held mainly on weekends and holidays.
It seems that events such as flea markets, local product markets, and action hero shows are held.
Also, the "rest area of Musako Garden" which opened in early 2018 is nearby, so please stop by as well.
So, how about using it as a place to rest and sit down in Musashi-Koganei?
