Kosugi Third Avenue is located a short walk from Musashi-Kosugi Station towards Ito-Yokado.
There's a plaza called South Park on the Tokyu Line ticket gate side of Third Avenue.
There are many tables and benches. It's a great place to eat your lunch from Musashi-Kosugi, work remotely, or meet up with someone.
