The area in front of Musashi-Kosugi Station is surrounded by Tokyu Square and Mitsui's LaLa Terrace.
To get to Tokyu Square, you can go directly to the 2nd floor via the connecting passage from the JR North ticket gate, or you can access it from the Tokyu Square connecting entrance if you are on the Tokyu Line.
On the 4th floor of Tokyu Square, which I'm introducing this time, there is a restaurant floor and the Tokyu Line ticket gates.
And, in the back of the restrooms on the 4th floor, there is a rest area called the "Observation Deck"!

Look for the Tokyu Line character "Norurun"!
Unfortunately, it was raining, so the entrance was closed..., it is only open in good weather.
The opening hours of the Tokyu Square Observation Deck are 10:00-21:00 (until 17:00 from December 1st to March 31st).
But I could see it to some extent through the automatic doors, so I'll introduce it!

The side of the Tokyu 9000 series train is attached to both sides of the Observation Deck, and two 4-seater benches were placed in the center.
It gave me the impression that it was "quite compact"! The space is not very large.
The "Norurun" drawn on the right-hand observation deck guide looks somehow flustered...

A small planter is placed between the benches. By the way, eating and drinking are prohibited.
Then, the purpose of this deck is... yes, it's a deck where you can watch the Tokyu Line trains.
You can see more than 10 types of Tokyu trains running at Musashi-Kosugi Station from the deck!
Children who love trains are sure to be delighted ♪
It's recommended when you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Musashi-Kosugi while shopping at Tokyu Square.
Also, if it's crowded, please check out "Tokyu Square 5F Baby Square" which is nearby.
So, why not use it as a place to take a break and sit down in Musashi-Kosugi when shopping at Tokyu Square?
