To get to Teikyo Heisei University Nakano Campus, go through the JR Line North Exit ticket gate, cross the pedestrian bridge, and head towards Nakano Shiki no Mori Park from Nakano Ward Office. You'll find it near the intersection with Nogata Police Station.
And in front of the campus, there's a beautifully designed seating area.

There are stone benches and a wooden deck that can accommodate about 50 people, plus five tables.
The tables are arranged as objects and don't really function as tables, but they seemed like a good spot to place drinks purchased from the Lawson or café in Central Park South.
I visited on a holiday, and since there were no classes, there were hardly any people, making it a quiet and relaxing place to take a break.
The surrounding area is well-maintained, including Nakano Shiki no Mori Park and the university campus.
When you think of Nakano, you might imagine the bustling area around Broadway, but this area is spacious, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
There are many benches around the park and campus, so why not use them as a resting spot around Nakano Station?
