Niiza Station on the Musashino Line has a north exit and a south exit, and the south exit area, which leads to Route 254 and Shiki Kaido, is bustling with commercial facilities and restaurants.
Buses to Rissho University Niiza Campus also depart from the south exit.
To get to Niiza Station South Exit Park, go past the rotary in front of the south exit, and head towards the building where the bowling alley CK BOWL, karaoke, and internet cafe are located.
From there, go straight along the Furusato Path next to the beauty salon, a little further towards McDonald's and Jonathan's.
You'll soon arrive at Niiza Station South Exit Park.

Niiza Station South Exit Park has a water channel and a small pond that are inspired by the Nodomura Yosui waterway.
The park is equipped with two spring-type playground equipment and public restrooms, and there are places to sit and rest within the park.

There are many benches with three seats.
Since it's called a park in front of the station, you might think it's small, but...!?
It's actually a surprisingly large park where children can run around and play.
There's a shopping mall with Toys "R" Us nearby, so it's a good idea to take a break here while you're shopping.
It can also be used as a place to eat lunch near Niiza Station.

These are the benches installed in the park.
Since the main area is sandy, unfortunately, my feet got a little dirty after sitting there.

On the other hand, the area near the corner stage was an area where the lawn was being maintained.
In the future, the sandy area may be replaced with lawn.

And there's the waterway and pond on the Toys "R" Us side.
It has a wooden deck where you can take a walk, and there are three benches installed.
You can sit here without worrying about your feet, and you can relax and take a break while looking at the pond!

During the summer season, a mist shower will be in operation around the pond in the park.
You can enjoy the coolness of the mist at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, noon, 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM.

Also, there's a resting space surrounded by greenery a little further down this deck.
The benches around the trees are rich in greenery and are not easily seen by others, so you can relax and take a break.
So, it's a convenient resting place to remember when you want to relax in a large park near Niiza Station.
It's also recommended for families with children, and it seems like a good idea to stop by on your way home from shopping.
By the way, the "Furusato Path benches" leading to this park are surrounded by nature and are also perfect for a walk, so please stop by!
So, why not use it as a resting place near Niiza Station?
