Hilton Tokyo is located in the Shinjuku International Building, a famous landmark.
The underground shopping area is a hub for restaurants and shopping, known as "Hiltopia," and is located in the Hilton Tokyo Underground Shopping Center.
To get to Hiltopia, you can access it from Exit C8 of the underground shopping area from Nishi-Shinjuku or Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.
The underground shopping area has a very calm and mature atmosphere.
I personally recommend "Rie Coffee," a surprisingly reasonably priced cafe, and "Kaizosha Bookstore," which carries Western books and foreign language newspapers!
(Even though I can't read English at all, haha)
Now, when you head towards the Shinjuku Green Tower Building in Hiltopia, there's a rest area around the area called Kuroenoki!
Enokitake...? (Enoki mushroom)

The pillars are designed with black enoki mushroom flowers, and it's a small resting place.
I thought it might be something artistic... but it was just a design.
Even so, Hilton, why the enoki mushroom choice?

Benches are set up around the pillars.
The seating surface is small, and my butt sticks out a bit, but it might be nice for a quick rest.
I thought it was perfect for a break while exploring the underground shopping area in Shinjuku♪
By the way, there's also "Shiroenoki" (white enoki mushroom) inside the building, so feel free to look for it (haha)
So, why not use it as a resting place around Shinjuku Station while shopping at Hiltopia?
