If you head towards the Kanda River from Nishishinjuku 5-chome Station along Yamate-dori, you'll find the "Nakano Chojabashi Interchange."

This is where the Chojabashi, often heard on the Shuto Expressway, gets its name. It's a bridge that crosses the Kanda River.

There's a park right next to Chojabashi.
Although there are no playground equipment, there's a lot of open space.

Stone stools were lined up.
It looks like a great spot to take a break while walking along the Kanda River.

There are also stools in a pocket park-like space on the opposite side.
By the way, Chojabashi (Choja Bridge) is named after Mr. Suzuki, who became a wealthy person by selling horses in Nakano. Jogan-ji Temple nearby was built by this wealthy man. Why not pay it a visit!?
So, why not take advantage of this seating area near Nishishinjuku 5-chome Station?
