To get to Hongo Kyusho Park, get off at the Ochanomizu Station on the JR lines, go out the Ochanomizu Bridge Exit, cross the Kanda River, and head towards the Tokyo Medical and Dental University.
Go left on Sotobori-dori, towards Suidobashi, and you will see it after going up the stairs from the side of Juntendo Hospital.
This is a free park on top of the Hongo Waterworks, managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Waterworks Bureau, and is divided into two areas: a Japanese-style garden and a Western-style garden.
And, there are seating areas in the gardens of Hongo Kyusho Park.

Especially in the Western-style garden, there are many stylish benches.
The Western-style garden, designed with French geometric patterns, is a rose garden where various flowers bloom.
Even though it's within walking distance of the city center, the park is well-maintained and very comfortable.

When I checked on weekends and holidays, it was a quiet park, even on holidays.
It feels like you've visited a foreign country, so I think it's perfect not only as a seating area, but also as a date spot.
Please note that the park is closed from December 28th to January 4th.
Here's a video of me actually visiting Hongo Kyusho Park.
So, why not use it as a seating area around Ochanomizu Station?
