To get to Meiji University, exit the Ochanomizu Bridge Exit of JR Ochanomizu Station and head straight down Meidai Street towards Jimbocho and Takebashi, away from the Kanda River.
There are several campuses of Meiji University, but there are benches where you can sit in front of the Liberty Tower, which is located in front of the College of Science and Technology of Nihon University.
There are many wooden benches along the street.
Meidai Street, which connects Ochanomizu and Jimbocho, has a lot of people passing by.
However, the benches are spaced wide apart, and the sidewalks are spacious, so it's easy to use them for a break.
You might be a little concerned about the people's eyes, but you can also use them when you want to quickly grab a lunch or a light meal around Ochanomizu or Jimbocho.
