Ochanomizu St. Clair is a 21-story high-rise building, primarily used for offices, with shops and cafes on the B1F and 1F.
To get to Ochanomizu St. Clair, you can access it from the Seibashi Exit of JR Ochanomizu Station, or from Exit B1 of Shin-Ochanomizu Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line.

The above is the B1F floor map of St. Clair.
Near Little Mermaid on the map, there was a place to sit and take a break next to the vending machine in front of "Megane Contact no Inoue" (glasses and contact lenses), indicated in red!

There were 3 single sofas installed.
Perhaps because of the high number of users, the cushions of the sofas are a bit sunken, but they are not uncomfortable to sit on.
As a break space, the area where the seats are placed is a bit narrow, but the passage in front is wide, so you can rest without feeling cramped around your feet.
It is very close to the Chiyoda Line ticket gates and also close to vending machines, making it ideal for meeting up or taking a break in Ochanomizu.
Regarding the congestion of the break space, it was empty in the morning, but the seats were filled in the afternoon.
It might be a popular spot that only those in the know are aware of!?
So, why not use it as a meeting place or a place to sit and rest around Shin-Ochanomizu Station?
