Speaking of the south exit of Oji Station, you'll find the highway bus stop in the rotary!
I used to travel to the Kansai area by highway bus from here. (It's a bit tough for me now due to my age...)
And, if you head toward Kosei Beauty School from the south exit of Oji Station, you'll find a place to sit and rest in front of Asukayama The First Tower.
There are benches that can accommodate about three people.
It's located along a promenade in a residential area, so you can take a break in a relatively quiet environment.
The benches are surrounded by flower-filled plantings, making it convenient when you want to sit down for a bit near Oji Station.
It might also be a good place to meet up with someone at the south exit of Oji Station.
By the way, the only shopping spot near the benches is the FamilyMart in the south exit rotary, so you'll need to go to Tobu Store on the north exit side.
I guess this FamilyMart is used quite a bit by highway bus users...
Also, if you're in Oji, "Kitatopia 17F Observation Lobby" is also recommended!
