Osaki Center Building is a complex building that houses offices and restaurants (such as Marugame Seimen, Tully's, and Indian curry - delicious!).
To get to Osaki Center Building, exit the North ticket gate of JR Osaki Station and cross the pedestrian bridge. Then, proceed towards Gotanda along the path next to Osaki New City, and you'll see it along the Meguro River.
And, there's a plaza in front of the building on the Meguro River side, where you can sit and take a break!

There are 12 wooden benches for 6 people each on the stairs of the building!
It's quite rare to find benches arranged on the stairs, isn't it?
Since there is a ceiling on the entrance side of the building, it's not a problem even in rainy weather or when the sun is strong.

Here are the details of the benches! They're kept in good condition for outdoor benches, so they're perfect for a break!
There are plants on the back, so you can relax without worrying too much about what's behind you.
You can also use it as a place to eat your lunch from Osaki, and it seems nice to take a break here while looking at the Meguro River♪

In front of Kirin City next to the stairs, there were circular benches with a vibrant yellow color and single-seater benches!
At night, the lights at the foot of the circular benches are lit up.
It's a spot that seems useful when you want to take a break with your family and children.

There were many single-seater benches near the Meguro River.
Nearby, there are the Meguro River and Suzukake Pedestrian Bridge, where you can spend time quietly away from the hustle and bustle of people.
I wondered if it was because of the shadow of the building? I was a little concerned because not much sunlight came in.
Also, please stop by the terrace of the same building, "Osaki Center Building 3F Rest Area" where you can relax and take a break!
So, why not use it as a place to take a break where you can sit down around Osaki?
