Gate City Osaki is a 24-story business and commercial building (office, shops, cultural facilities) with two core towers, the West Tower and the East Tower.
It is used by many people, from business people to families.
To get to Gate City Osaki, go out the South Ticket Gate of JR Osaki Station and you will see it if you proceed to the left of the deck (opposite Sony and Thinkpark).

This is a map of Gate City Osaki.
Between the West Tower and the East Tower, in the center of the map, there is a place called "Atrium".

You can enter Gate City from Osaki Station, and the atrium is located just down the escalator.
The atrium has an open ceiling, and B1F has McDonald's and shops, and 1F has a rest space along the curved windows.

There were many counter seats and table seats lined up.
It's amazing, there are so many table seats near the Yamanote Line station...
Also, the atmosphere of the rest area is good, making it perfect for a Nomad/Remote work spot in Osaki.
Of course, I counted the number of seats!
・Counter seats x 35
・Table seats for 2 people x 16
・Table seats for 1 person x 12
These are installed. (May vary)

There are counter seats on the left side of the building, and the view of North Garden spreads from the seats by the windows.
The seat spacing is wide and spacious, and it is perfect for desk work or eating lunch because you can eat and drink there.
I, the manager, Penta, also set up my computer at the counter seat and tried Nomad/Remote work!

Ta-da! The desk is wide and it feels pretty good!
I was able to work diligently. The view is good, and it's a recommended Nomad/Remote work spot in Tokyo.
By the way, the computer I'm using is a recommended inexpensive laptop that is convenient to carry around, weighing less than 1 kg!

What's this?
There is space between the counter and the glass window, so you can put your luggage here. And it's clean.
So, it's convenient because you don't have to put your bag on the desk or the next chair!
Regarding the congestion situation, it's quite popular even on holidays, perhaps because it's hard to find a "rest area near the Yamanote Line station where you can do desk work and eat and drink".
It seemed that many office workers and students used it on weekdays.
Also, the wide table seats at "Gate City Osaki Atrium" nearby are also recommended ♪
So, why not visit Gate City Osaki or use it as a resting place with seats around Osaki Station?
