To get to Daimaru Umeda, come out of JR Osaka Station and head towards the South Gate Building. You'll see it there!

The 16th floor deck can be accessed from the 15th floor terrace by stairs.
I think the tables for two on the 16th floor deck are a great spot for taking Instagram-worthy photos with the high-rise buildings in the background.
It's also recommended for couples on dates, so it's a good idea to keep it in mind.

It's quite rare to have free Wi-Fi on a rooftop plaza, so if the weather is nice, you can sit on a bench and enjoy surfing the net with your friends.
Also, the Sun Plaza is open until 23:00, so you can enjoy the night view, closely overlooking the high-rise buildings of Higashi-Umeda and the Hanshin Department Store.
