Osaki Wiz City is a complex facility with the 24-story Wiz Tower, residences, and shops, and for some reason, "Tsukemen Rokurinsha" is located on the 1st floor.
It's located next to the NBF Osaki Building (formerly Sony City Osaki Building), but the area around Wiz City is surprisingly green, and the walkways are well-maintained.
To get to Osaki Wiz City, go out the South Exit of Osaki Station, head towards ThinkPark on your right, and walk along the pedestrian deck towards the former Sony City Building and TSUTAYA, and you'll see it.

Looking at the rough official guide map (sorry!), you can see a commercial building marked "shop" in the middle.
I found a place where you can sit and take a break next to the escalators connecting the 1st and 2nd floors of that commercial facility!

On the 1st floor of Wiz City, there are two vivid-colored iron table seats.
With their distinctive design, they look like objects of art.
As for the resting environment, there is a ceiling on the 2nd floor, so you can use it even on rainy days if there is no wind.

In the back of the escalator, there are two 4-seater wooden table seats lined up.
They are sturdy tables, perfect for taking a break with families with children.
Since these are located further inside the building than the previous tables, they can be used without any problems even on rainy days.
You can use them when you think, "I want to eat my lunchbox outside in Osaki, even though it's raining!"

When you go up to the 2nd floor, it feels a little more stylish!?
Nine iron table seats, similar to those on the 1st floor, were placed.
A great resting spot where you can enjoy the view of the former Sony City Building and the promenade from the terrace!
Moreover, there is a ceiling on the 3rd floor, so you can use the tables without any problems even on rainy days!

Oh yes, I haven't introduced the table seats properly, but they were designed with great consideration.
The legs fit perfectly under the table, so even though it's an object, it functions as a table.
And, since the legs supporting the tabletop are only on the right side, there is space on the left side. In other words, it's recommended for those who want to cross their legs at the table!

This is the view from the 3rd floor stairs.
The tables are spaced wide apart, so it's great that you can relax and take a break without feeling cramped!
It will be a great spot for remote work in Osaki! Of course, it's also perfect for eating your lunchbox.
Regarding the congestion situation, I checked it on a weekday evening, and about half of the seats were occupied.
If anyone knows the situation during lunchtime, please let me know in the comments section or on @sitdownplace.

I took a picture of the scenery towards Osaki Station from the 3rd floor.
In front of the Wiz Tower is Osaki West Exit Park, and the pedestrian deck that extends to the station is beautiful.
It seems like there used to be many factories, but you can't imagine that from the current Osaki area.

Also, the distinctive appearance of the former Sony City Building, which I've been curious about for a while!
Did you know? Water is flowing through these tube-like blinds, and it lowers the surrounding temperature by utilizing evaporative cooling!
It seems to go down by about 2 degrees. I wonder if it's cool even for window-side workers in the office!?
By the way, there are also table seats with roofs at the "Osaki West Exit Park" located nearby, so please use them together when it's crowded!
So, why not take advantage of Osaki Wiz City and use it as a place to take a break and sit down around Osaki?
