Even though it's all called Roppongi Hills, it's roughly divided into "66 Plaza Level, West Walk Level, Roppongi-dori/Keyaki-zaka-dori Bridge Level, and Arena Level"!
The "North Tower" that I'm introducing this time corresponds to the Roppongi-dori level of Roppongi Hills and is right along Roppongi-dori.
To get to the North Tower, you can access it from Hibiya Line Roppongi Station via 1b (underground mall) or 1c (ground level).

On the 1st floor of the North Tower, you'll find SHAKESHACK and the underground mall entrance.
I found a place where you can sit and take a break right next to this underground mall entrance, in front of SHAKESHACK!

There are many two-person tables lined up.
At first glance, it looks like these are tables exclusively for SHAKESHACK customers...

Right next to it is a familiar sign from Roppongi Hills.
It says that the terrace seating is available for anyone to use.
However, as it seems to also serve as SHAKESHACK's terrace seating, I felt that the four chairs on the underground mall entrance side, which were vacant in the photo, could actually be used for a break.

It's a semi-indoor terrace, so it's a great place to take a break while avoiding direct sunlight and rain.
It gets crowded during lunchtime because of the SHAKESHACK customers, but if you avoid that time, you might be able to relax and take a break a little more peacefully.
Also, it seems like a good place to eat a packed lunch from Roppongi.
The scope of the tables is unclear, but I think it's best to use them in a way that doesn't bother SHAKESHACK customers.
By the way, when it's crowded, the "Metro Hat Terrace" nearby is also a must-see!
So, why not give it a try as a place to take a break and sit down around Roppongi?
