Anniversaire is probably well-known for weddings and receptions in Minato Mirai.
Anniversaire is located near Yokohama Cosmo World, which has free admission, and World Porters.
To get to Anniversaire and Cosmo World, you can access them from the canal park next to the Kishamichi Promenade from the east exit of Sakuragicho Station.
In other words, they are on the opposite bank visible from Kishamichi Promenade!
And I found a place where you can sit and take a break on the Cosmo World side, behind Anniversaire!
There were four two-seater benches lined up on a slightly elevated terrace.
Anniversaire reception, Cosmo World, and World Porters are located nearby.
The view isn't great as it's behind World Porters, but it's convenient if you want to sit and take a break for a while.
The Cup Noodles Museum is also close by.
These are weather-resistant benches, firmly fixed to the deck with L-angles.
(Are the fixings really necessary...?)
The area around Cosmo World and Kishamichi Promenade is crowded with people, but this spot is a little off the beaten path, so it's usually empty!
The benches are not particularly interesting, but it might be good to remember this spot for a break during a walk around the canal.
By the way, the "in front of Anniversaire" on the canal side is a wonderful resting spot, unlike this one, so be sure to check it out!
So, why not use this place as a resting spot where you can sit down around Sakuragicho?
