CIAL Sakuragicho is located under the elevated tracks of the JR lines and is divided into two buildings: the "Momijizaka Gallery" on the north ticket gate side and the "Teishajo Buffet" on the station square side.

Focus on the north ticket gate on the right side of the map! You can access CIAL Sakuragicho directly in front of you as soon as you exit the north ticket gate.
On the Momijizaka side, there are many delicatessen shops, headed by "Chongqing Hanten," a long-established Chinese restaurant.
And, there was a place where you could sit and take a break in front of the restrooms, past the number 18, Kirin City, on the floor map!
There is one wooden bench that seats three people.
It is located at the end of Kirin City, and there is a certain amount of traffic due to the entrance/exit and the restroom.
For this reason, it gives a somewhat unsettled impression.
There is only one bench installed on the wall side, so you can use it for a short break or for organizing your luggage.
As a meeting place in Sakuragicho, it might be a good idea to use the "【Sakuragicho Station】CIAL (Charl) Momijizaka side, in front of the DoCoMo shop" as a satellite when it is crowded.
Also, free Wi-Fi is available in front of the DoCoMo shop.
Therefore, it is convenient to remember this when you want to use free Wi-Fi near Sakuragicho Station.
