This rest area is located along the Jakuzuregawa Greenway, behind the Setagaya Post Office and the Setagaya Police Station.
To get to the Setagaya Post Office, which serves as a landmark, take the Tamagawa-dori, a main road in front of Sangen-jaya Station, and head towards Komazawa University along the Metropolitan Expressway that runs overhead.
You'll probably see the Setagaya Post Office after passing Shimamura and the Sports Club Renaissance.
And there's a rest area with benches along the greenway, which is located behind the post office.

There is one arch-shaped bench for two people.
This is a rest area where I couldn't help but say, "This bench... feels so good to stretch my back."
I had just researched the "Stretch Bench in the Patio Square of I-Land Tower", so I'm into benches that help you stretch your back, lol.
Now, let's focus on the bench.

It's at a really nice angle!
Here's a picture of the manager, Pen-ta, sitting on it and stretching his back!
...But I'll refrain from showing my face, lol.
I think it would feel really good if you sit down, put your hands up, and have someone pull your hands from behind.
Why not visit this rest area as a team of two and do some stretching together!
Speaking of stretching, there were also pull-up bars around this rest area.
I saw people working hard on pull-up training, so I thought it might be a health-related bench.
Changing the subject, I'll also touch on the "Jakuzuregawa Greenway," which I mentioned several times at the beginning.

The pronunciation is "Jakuzuregawa Ryokudo"!
It's a cool name, isn't it? I think it would be great to use it for the surname of an anime character, lol.
Jakuzuregawa, along with Saionji and Kanzaki!
The origin of Jakuzuregawa is said to be that a giant snake came out from a cliff that collapsed in a flood a long time ago.
There are other theories as well...
And the Jakuzuregawa Greenway seems to be a greenway created by covering the Jakuzuregawa River, a tributary of the Meguro River, in other words, an underground waterway.
The Jakuzuregawa River seems to merge with the Meguro River under the platform of Nakameguro Station.
I'd like to take a walk there again when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.
Also, please visit the "Bench near Jakuzuregawa Greenway Maruyama Park" nearby!
So, why not use it as a resting place where you can sit down around Sangen-jaya Station?
