Seibu-Chichibu is the gateway to Chichibu travel, including Nagatoro, Mitsumineguchi, and the Chichibu power spots!
You can easily access Ohanabatake Station on the Chichibu Railway from Seibu-Chichibu Station in about a 6-minute walk.
And, there's a place to sit and rest at "Chichibu Park" in front of the Chichibu City Hall, which is located between Seibu-Chichibu Station and Ohanabatake Station.
There are sandboxes, slides, jungle gyms, and swings.
There is the "Chichibu Park Tourist Toilet" nearby, making it a convenient park for those looking for a toilet near Ohanabatake Station.
And, if you look to the road next to the City Hall, you'll see a row of benches.
There were three 3-seater wooden benches installed.
The benches are arranged at equal intervals, and the ground is sandy.
I visited around noon during the Marine Day holiday in July.
Since it was a survey conducted in scorching weather that made you feel dizzy just walking outside, I took a break on these benches.
It was in the shade, so I was able to rest more comfortably than I expected, and the seating was perfectly normal.
Since it's a relaxing spot, it seems like a good place to take a break when you get tired between Seibu-Chichibu and Ohanabatake.
