At Seijogakuen-mae Station on the Odakyu Line, there's a central exit near Seijo Corty and a west exit with a bus rotary.
Today, we'll be introducing the area near the west exit rotary.

As you exit the west rotary and turn left, you'll find a place to sit and relax in front of the iron tower on the Lawson side!
There are three two-seater benches lined up.

Although there's a bus stop nearby, there's plenty of space on the sidewalk, making it convenient for a quick break in front of the station.
It's also a great place to remember for meeting up or enjoying a quick lunch in Seijogakuen-mae.
As a side note, the iron towers lining up behind the benches across the station are surprisingly impressive.
You might not often see such iron towers in front of the station of a stylish town, so it might be enjoyable for iron tower enthusiasts (lol)
There are also other rest areas near the station.

Also, the terrace at Corty is recommended!

So, why not give these seating areas around Seijogakuen-mae Station a try?
