Sengawa, near Queens Isetan, has been stylishly renovated.
It's also great that you can walk to Shimachu, a home center, from Sengawa Station♪ When it opened, Kimura Takuya came for a TV show and was excited to try out an American bicycle.
While walking around Sengawa, I noticed that it's a fiercely competitive area for cafes!
Sarutahiko Coffee and Hoshino Coffee are right next to each other (lol) and in front of Sarutahiko Coffee, there's a cafe from Kaldi!
Which cafe do you prefer, everyone??
By the way, near Sarutahiko Coffee, there's a shopping area called "Pivot Sengawa," which includes Queens Isetan.
I found a circular bench where you can sit and take a break next to Sarutahiko Coffee in front of Pivot Sengawa!
It's a bench that can seat about 15 people, and it might be perfect for slowly enjoying the drinks you bought at the cafe.
That's because it's less crowded than the cafe seats (lol)

There are trees planted in the center of the bench, and it's a little relaxing to have greenery even in an artificial area.
Also, around the bench, not only are there cafes, but there's Saizeriya and La Pausa right in front.
This is also a fierce battleground for Italian restaurants (lol) I used to eat a lot of pizza at La Pausa when I was a student... how nostalgic....

There's also a circular bench next to the general goods store in the Pivot Sengawa building.
The bench next to Sarutahiko Coffee has a lot of people passing by on their way to Queens Isetan, so you can relax more here.
It's also close to Sengawa Station, and it's convenient for when you want to eat lunch in Sengawa or meet up with someone!
Also, there's a bakery called Andersen near the taxi rotary at Sengawa Station, so it's good to buy some delicious bread and eat it here♪
Also, the "Queens Isetan 2F Terrace" located nearby is highly recommended, so be sure to check it out!

So, how about using it as a resting place with seats around Sengawa Station?
