You’ll find this spot by walking straight from the Konan Exit of Shinagawa Station.
Head towards Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, cross the intersection, and you'll come to the Mitate Bridge.
On the left after crossing the bridge, you'll see the distinctive gate-shaped building, "Rivage Shinagawa." Descend to the canal promenade, and you'll find benches lined up.
Why not take a relaxing break while gazing at the Takahama Canal? It seems like a great spot for a Shinagawa date, too.
