There is a wonderful lawn area on the IKEA side of Green Springs!
You can even have a picnic in Tachikawa.

Parasol tables are set up, so you can relax in a spacious area.
It is easy to use for telework, dates, and families in Tachikawa.

There are also table benches at the cascade, which is also a good spot.
