The east exit of Tamachi Station is undergoing redevelopment, and it seems that a high-rise building called "Tamachi Station Tower N" will be completed in the spring of 2020 as part of "msb Tamachi" (Musubu Tamachi), a high-rise building area.
To get to Musubu Tamachi, you can go directly from the pedestrian deck on the opposite side of Tokyo Institute of Technology, after exiting the east exit of Tamachi Station.
After going down the deck, with the building called "Nagisa Terrace" on your side, go straight ahead and you will arrive at the Tamachi Station East Exit Police Box.

There is a police box at the corner of the Tamachi Station East Exit intersection.
The building behind the police box is Musubu Tamachi, and Nagisa Terrace is on the left side.
And, if you proceed to the monorail side along Shibaura Canal Street in front of the police box, following Musubu Tamachi, you will find a place where you can sit and take a break.

There were two 3-seater stone benches in a spot sandwiched by planted trees.
There is planting around the benches, but it was a rest space with a strong impression of concrete color.

Behind the bench is LIFE of Musubu Tamachi.
For this reason, it is convenient when you want to eat something you bought at LIFE here.
The seating comfort was mediocre because it was a stone bench, but I think it is a bench that can be used when you want to take a break or answer a phone call.
Also, there is "In front of Nagisa Terrace, East Exit Station" nearby, so please use it when it is crowded.
So, why not use it as a place to sit and take a break around Tamachi Station, along with shopping at Musubu Tamachi?
