From Tobu Utsunomiya Station towards JR Utsunomiya Station, there's an arcade called Orion-dori.

Between the arcade and the Kamagawa River, you'll find Orion Square (Orion Citizen's Plaza).

Orion Square is an event space, and during my visit, it was buzzing with a live outdoor performance!

The stage has a roof, and tables and chairs are set up during events.

Behind the stage at Orion Square, there were benches where you could sit and relax.

The circular benches are arranged around the trees. There are benches on both sides, so it looked like about 20 people could sit comfortably.

These benches seem perfect for enjoying a packed lunch or as a meeting spot.

Please note that it is a non-smoking area.

There's also a public restroom near Orion Square that's equipped for ostomates.
