Located along the Arakawa River, south of Toda-Koen Station.
A table suddenly appears on the path along the riverbank, near the west end of Toda Park.
Depending on the season, it might be a bit tricky to spot, as it can be hidden among the greenery – making it a rather rare spot!
With a table and benches that can seat four people, it's perfect for a picnic by the Arakawa River!
Highly recommended when the weather is nice.
You can also enjoy the view of the boats at the nearby rowing course.
It's a great spot for remote work while relaxing along the Arakawa River!
