Sakura Terrace is a restaurant area located between Ueno Station and Ueno Park, with restaurants like Obon de Gohan and Bairin.
To get to Sakura Terrace, head towards the Shinobazu ticket gate from JR Ueno Station!
The down stairs from the Ueno Station platform are on the Shinobazu ticket gate side, and the up stairs are for the Iriya ticket gate and Park ticket gate, so go down the stairs.
When you exit the Shinobazu Pond ticket gate and turn right at the intersection, you'll see Sakura Terrace.
By the way, from the central ticket gate, you can reach Sakura Terrace by heading towards Sharen and Ichiran from within the atre building.
And, there is a place on the rooftop of "Sakura Terrace," which has three floors, where you can sit and take a break.

There is a space where you can sit around the air conditioning equipment in Sakura Terrace.
Ueno Park is right in front of you, so you can use it when you want to take a break away from the hustle and bustle of Ueno Station.

It's a concrete bench, and it's low.
Anyway, about 20 people can sit around, so I think it's convenient when you want to quickly eat your lunch near Ueno Station.
Depending on the location, it will be in the shade of the building, so you can rest away from direct sunlight.

You might think it's a desolate rest area, but it's also a spot where you can see the Skytree.
The neon lights of Marui are nice.
Why not sit and take a break when you're in Ueno?
Also, although unconfirmed, there was a sign for "Ueno Free Wi-Fi," so you might be able to use free Wi-Fi!?
Also, "Benches around the statue of Takamori Saigo" nearby is also recommended, so please use it as well!

So, why not visit Sakura Terrace or use it as a resting place near Ueno Station?
