To get to Yotsuya Mitsuke Park, cross Shinjuku-dori and you'll see it after passing the Yotsuya Junior High School, which is on the way to the State Guest House.
Wakaba East Park is divided into two sides by the street in front of the State Guest House, but the layout within the grounds is symmetrical and the same on both sides.
And, there are places to rest around the fountain in Wakaba East Park.

There are 16 two-seater wooden benches installed.
The park is in front of the State Guest House and surrounded by plane trees, so I was able to take a quiet and relaxing break.
It's also convenient for families with children to take a break or to eat a bento (boxed lunch) from Yotsuya.
As for the congestion situation, I checked on weekends and holidays, and there were 3 users.
I was a little concerned that there was a space nearby where tour buses could stop, and many tourists visited the State Guest House.
Also, there is a "Rest area in Yotsuya Mitsuke Park" nearby, so please consider it as well.
So, why not use it as a place to take a break around Yotsuya?
