Near Takahatafudo Station, along the Asakawa River, there's a lovely walking path called the "Mukojima Yosui Shinsui Path" with a beautiful water channel.
If you head towards the Hyakusai-en Garden along the water channel, you'll find a water mill!

Inside the water mill, there's a wooden table that seats four, perfect for a relaxing break.

You can relax while listening to the murmuring of the water channel. It's a great spot for a picnic, or even a retro date!

You can see the mechanism of the water mill from the door in the back. It's like a mechanical trick, very interesting!
If it's full, there are also gazebos and benches along the water channel.
Also, I visited the water mill on YouTube. Watching the video will give you a great sense of the atmosphere!
So, why not try using this spot near Takahatafudo Station as a place to sit and relax?
