The Takamatsu Symbol Tower has various buildings, but let's head up to the 8th floor of the Tower Building and go out to the rooftop plaza.
The location offers a view of the sea right in front of the benches.
There are five benches, each seating three people.
Sometimes, all you want to do is gaze out at the sea and daydream.
The sea breeze is so pleasant, making it a wonderful spot. It's not usually very crowded either.
There are also other observation spaces available.
