To get to the Asakusa Tower public space, you can head from either Exit 3 of Tawaramachi Station or Exit A2 of TX Asakusa Station, and then proceed through Kappabashi Kitchenware Town towards Kinryu Park.
The area around Asakusa Tower, a condominium tower, is an open space where you can freely pass through and use, with benches available for resting.

There are 5 stone benches that can seat 4 people each.
You'll find these benches nestled in a natural setting, just off the main street of Kappabashi Kitchenware Town.
These benches are perfect for taking a break under the sunlight filtering through the trees planted along Asakusa Tower and the greenery of the condominium.
The benches continue towards Tawaramachi Station, and you can find more of them on the back side of the condominium.
The road next to the condominium has little traffic and few people passing by, so you can relax and rest in a natural environment.

It's a convenient spot to remember for a rest when you get tired from exploring Kappabashi Kitchenware Town.
It's also a great place to enjoy your lunch box or snacks you've purchased in the Kappabashi area.
By the way, in front of Asakusa Tower, there's a road with a unique name called Shinso-dori.
Looking at the origin of the road's name in Taito Ward, it says, "The 100-meter-wide area south of Kototoi-dori was subject to forced evacuation. To remember the word 'evacuation' and pass it on to future generations."
Why not take a break at the beautifully maintained public space of Asakusa Tower and then enjoy sightseeing in Asakusa from Kappabashi?
Consider using it as a resting spot in the Tawaramachi and Asakusa area.
