To get to Bunko no Mori, you'll walk from Togoshi Station, through a residential area, towards Togoshi Park.
Bunko no Mori is home to the historic "Former Mitsui Bunko" library, and it seems the park's name comes from the National Museum of Japanese Literature.
Just nearby is the "Kamesan Hiroba Rest Area," and like it, this area is focused on disaster prevention, with no fences around the park.
And, there are places to sit and rest inside Bunko no Mori Park.
Many wooden benches are set up here.
These benches are "Kamado Benches" that can be used as a cooking stove in case of a disaster.
The atmosphere of the rest area is lush, spacious, and a beautifully maintained park.
It's wonderful to sit on a bench and relax in the dappled sunlight filtering through the trees around you.
It's also perfect for families with children, ideal for having lunch, picnics, or cherry blossom viewing in Togoshi.
Also, in the center of the park, there's a pond for emergencies, maintaining a serene atmosphere.
Just like at "Togoshi Park," you might see ducks come to play.
And guess what, you can use free Wi-Fi at Bunko no Mori!
It's rare to have free Wi-Fi in a park, so it's a great spot for remote work while sitting on a bench.
We also recommend "Togoshi Park", so please visit it as well.
Why not use it as a place to rest in the Togoshi area?
