This is located in ecute Tokyo, between the Marunouchi side exits (Central Exit and South Exit) and the Shinkansen South Transfer Exit. There's a rest space set up among the shops.

This rest area is called Fubutsushi, and it has counters and tables.

You might miss it if you're not careful, so be sure to look closely!

There are three tables that can seat two or three people each.

You can bring your own food and drinks here, making it convenient if you want to eat a bento box at Tokyo Station. There are also trash cans next to the tables.
