"Meeting Under the Roof"

From the pedestrian deck at the west exit of Tsuchiura Station, you'll find the Urara Grand Roof Plaza on the ground level of a building called Urara.

This is Urara. Tsuchiura City Hall is also located here.

There are six circular benches (I think).
If you look up, you'll see the grand roof. It seems like you could meet up here even on a rainy day.
Speaking of grand roofs, it reminds me of the Grand Roof Plaza in Roppongi.

But it seems convenient when you want to eat lunch near Tsuchiura Station.
