As you walk along the pedestrian deck from the west exit of Tsuchiura Station, you'll find the Tsuchiura Library on your right. Let's head down to the ground level.
The Tsuchiura administration is all about bicycles! At first glance, the object looks like a bicycle, but it's actually "Tsuchiura." Let's go touring around Lake Kasumigaura.
Near the object, in front of the Tsuchiura Library, there are three square benches.
It's a bit of a hidden spot, perfect for taking a break and avoiding direct sunlight. It's also a great place to meet up with someone in Tsuchiura.
Also, the rooftop garden nearby is highly recommended.
