If you go straight along the deck of the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, you'll come to a plaza called Miya Mirai Light Hill.
There's a beautiful green plaza.
It's a gateway-like plaza connecting Utsunomiya Terrace and hotels.
There are square benches here and there, making it convenient as a meeting spot at Utsunomiya Station.
There's also a stepped stage further towards the Light Rail.
You can sit on the steps, so you'll find people there teleworking with their computers or reading.
It also seems like a great date spot in Utsunomiya.
By the way, you can see the Light Rail from the benches in the green plaza, so be sure to check it out!
Also, the nearby Kaze no Foyer is highly recommended.
