Yokohama Bay Quarter is a shopping mall located in the bay area of the east exit, where you can enjoy the scenery, and it also has a sea bus stop.
The sea bus, also known as the water bus, is recommended because you can travel to Yamashita Park, the Red Brick Warehouse, and Minato Mirai for a maximum of 700 yen.
To get to Yokohama Bay Quarter, you can access it from the Yokohama Station East Exit A via the Bay Quarter Walk.
Alternatively, you can go via Porta, the underground shopping mall at the east exit of Yokohama Station, and then through the 2nd floor of Sogo.
And on the 6th floor of Bay Quarter, there is a spot called Bay Garden, located outdoors on the floor where Yuzawaya is located.

Wow, you're surrounded by greenery!
It has a "petit Asian resort" atmosphere♪

There is a small lawn area and fan-shaped wooden benches dotted along the garden promenade.

It was a bench where about 7 people could sit.
With a relaxing space and many seats, it seems like a good place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Yokohama♪
And if you go a little further...

Wow, a wonderful pergola rest area!
Also, since there is a tarp on the ceiling, it seems like you can rest in the shade when the sun is strong♪
Unfortunately, it was raining during the survey, so it was blocked off with cones and could not be used.
You can sit and rest without any problems on a sunny day!

Although I couldn't sit, the feel of the cushions seemed comfortable!
It seems to be a water-repellent sofa, it's kind of mysterious.
It seems like it can be used for families, groups, and dates to take a break!

There was also a table with seating for about 6 people on the Yuzawaya side and a tarp on the ceiling.
It looks like a good place to eat a Yokohama lunch box!

There is also a pet area in the Bay Garden!
It's rare to have a pet area in a shopping mall.
There is a bench in the lawn zone, which is a valuable space to play with pets.
According to the information board, it is available from 10:00 to 17:00.

The Bay Garden was also equipped with vending machines and trash cans.
This rest area seems like it can be used for lunch and lunch boxes.

I forgot to introduce it, but there is also a rest area on the Yokohama Station/sea side of the Bay Garden.
This is a secret, recommended rest spot....

The sea side of the Bay Garden is a curved area with an open feel.
It's a little far away and hard to see, but there are two 2-seater benches in the Bay Garden!
And as the photos show, the fact that it has a roof even though it is outdoors means you can use it for resting even in the rain.
But that's not all....

This is the view from the bench!
A wonderful rest area where you can see a panoramic view of the bay area of the Fuji Xerox and Nissan buildings and the Minato Mirai Ohashi Bridge!
The Bay Garden is open until 22:00, so I think the night view of Yokohama is also wonderful.
How about it as a date spot in Yokohama!?

I will introduce the usage information just in case.
It is open from 10:00 to 22:00, smoking is prohibited, and there are no toilets.
Also, "Bay Quarter 4F Deck" has table seats where you can enjoy the scenery and night view of the bay area up close, so please stop by♪
Also, if you come to Bay Quarter, "Portside Park" is also wonderful, so it's also a great date spot♪
So, why not use it as a place to take a break while shopping at Bay Quarter or as a place to rest in Yokohama?
