The NTT Docomo Yoyogi Building, which resembles the Empire State Building, is located near Yoyogi Station.
Today, let's take a look at the rest area in the square next to Times Square!
Let's head from the east exit of Yoyogi Station towards Yayoi-ken and Takashimaya!

The spiral deck is distinctive, and it's a space that might excite children.
This is the public space of Takashimaya, and I believe it doesn't have a specific name.
If you often visit Shinjuku, you'll surely think, "Ah, this is it!"

If you walk along this deck, it leads to the Southern Terrace of Shinjuku South Exit.
You can see the Nitori store from the end of the birdcage-like deck.

From the end of the deck, you can overlook the train lines of Shinjuku Station and the Yoyogi area.
Personally, this view, looking down at the square from the Shinjuku side, is etched in my memory.
This mysterious square has been here since the Southern Terrace was developed.

Now, there are mysterious objects lined up in the square.
Hmm, I'm not quite sure what they're for, but there are places where you can sit and rest.

There's a place where you can sit and perch a little higher up.
It seems like you can sit down if you climb onto the middle and move to the left.
It feels like you could jump up there too!
Anyway, you can eat your lunch here. Or rather, you can just sit in the middle... (lol)

In the center of the square, there are large trees planted, and it seems you can rest by sitting on the surrounding steps.
If you have business in the Shinjuku area, it might be a good meeting spot near Yoyogi Station.
Also, there's a bench with a roof nearby, the "Nitori-mae Deck Passage," so why not stop by!?
So, why not use this place as a resting spot around Yoyogi?
