When you think of landmarks in Shiba Park...?
Tokyo Tower, Zojoji Temple's Daimon Gate, the Prince Hotel, Minato City Hall? No, it's the Shiba Park Building!
The Shiba Park Building, nicknamed the "Battleship Building," is incredibly long! With its A and B wings, it boasts a length of 140 meters.
While there's a lot of competition worldwide in terms of the height of tower mansions and high-rise buildings, it's also interesting to see things from a different perspective, like width, isn't it?
Now, how to get to the Shiba Park Building: It's located a short walk from Daimon Station's A6 exit, making a left at the Shiba Daimon intersection in front of Zojoji Temple's Daimon Gate.
And, I discovered a place where you can sit and take a break right in front of Shiba Park Building B, where TULLY'S COFFEE is located!

There are stone benches that can seat around 20 people in the public open space in front of the building.
The benches are long, just like a cruiser in front of the Battleship Building.
I visited on a Sunday, and because it's an office district, it was empty, and I could relax and take a break.
Only in front of Tully's, there were girls who seemed to be exchanging goods...

The benches have a mirror finish and are kept clean.
Office workers probably eat lunch here, too.
It looks like a good place to eat a packed lunch from Daimon.
By the way, there are a lot of ramen restaurants nearby!
I was looking for a set meal restaurant, but I was faced with a choice between ramen or curry, and ended up with Indian curry (lol)

Also, if you're looking for a restroom, there's the Daimon-gishi Public Toilet in front of the convenience store at the Shiba Daimon intersection, before you get to the Shiba Park Building.
Look for the Zojoji Temple Daimon Gate.
In addition, the "Shiba Park, Minato City Hall side" located in the direction of Zojoji Temple also has benches that are recommended for taking a break or eating a packed lunch!
So, why not try using it as a resting place around Daimon Station?
