Right near Suidobashi Station, you'll find the "Suidobashi" bridge that crosses the Kanda River.

The bridge is directly in front of you as you exit the East Exit.
Back in the Edo period, a waterway bridge was constructed downstream in this area to transport water from the Kanda Josui (aqueduct). This bridge is said to be the origin of the name "Suidobashi," which means "water bridge."

Now, very close to Suidobashi bridge, there is a monument to the "Ochanomizu Waterway," which once drew water from the Kanda River.
Stone benches are lined up next to its entrance.

There are three stone benches, each suitable for one or two people.
Since many people head to Korakuen and Tokyo Dome City after crossing the intersection, it's relatively uncrowded and spacious, even though it's near the station.
This makes it an easy-to-find meeting spot near Suidobashi Station.

On the back side of the benches, you can see the Kanda River and the Sobu Line.
If you walk along the Kanda River towards Ochanomizu, you'll find a lovely public park along the way.
If you're looking for a slightly larger meeting spot, try this one near Tokyo Dome City.
So, why not take advantage of these relaxing spots around Suidobashi Station?
